Mostly people sit for eight hours a day while being in office; some people spend more than eight hours too. - Distance from monitor
While working on computer, maintain proper distance from screen. Keep your arms close to your body and try to keep them parallel to have a good posture that is helpful to keep you fit.
- Neck pain
People often complain that they have neck pain and it is because of being on phone for long time. If you happen to be a sales person and always busy on cell phone talking, do remember to be relaxed and do some movement; don’t be In same position for long time.

As you are in office it may not be possible to exercise during work hours, but you can do some specific shoulder movements in between and get relaxed that will help to keep you fit.
- Feet rest
Being seated, your legs and feet get stiff in the same position. Try to move them and have a walk according to your convenience between the work that helps to maintain the blood flow properly.
