Tips for safe running

Running is good to keep your overall health organised . If someone is interested in running it’s always preferable to keep in mind the proper ways of running.

  •  During hot summer it’s good to run in early morning or evening. As the direct sunlight can exhaust your whole stamina. Do not run when pollution levels are high.
  •  In higher altitudes the oxygen levels are low so do not increase the running speed at a stretch.
  •  Do run wearing proper gears like shoes and track pants that will help to make your running easier.
  •  Do avoid sunglasses or headphone while running in roads as these might leads to accidents.
